To avoid confusion and make the objectives of Project MinE very clear, we have adjusted the header of the MinE homepage to reflect our goal to map and analyse the DNA profiles of 15,000 ALS patients and 7,500 controls, all in all 22,500 DNA profiles. With Belgium and Portugal as active partners in the project, and the webpages for Ireland, Spain, the UK, France, Germany and the USA being set up as we speak, Project MinE is now really becoming an international initiative supported by people worldwide! This is also reflected by the attention that the project receives on the European racing circuits, where teams of race car drivers in the GT Open, GT4, Carrera and even the entry level of the Formula 1, the Renault World Series, decided to promote Project MinE and raise awareness and funds. We are at 10% of our goal, make Project MinE yours and let’s get to 100%!
