Prof. Vivian Drory is a neurologist at Tel-Aviv Medical Center in Tel-Aviv deeply involved in the care of patients with ALS. She studied Medicine at Heidelberg Medical School in Germany, trained in neurology at Tel-Aviv Medical Center and in neuromuscular diseases and neurophysiology at Louisiana State University in New Orleans. For the last 20 years she leads the first and largest ALS clinic in Israel and contributed to the establishment of modern approaches in patient care and support, as well as to a better understanding of disease mechanisms through extensive basic and clinical research.
